1) Select your party style and package.

2) Review the SugarCubes Rental Agreement and Terms of Service

​

3) Complete and submit the Adult Tea Party to Go Kit Reservation Request  or the Kids' Tea Party To Go Kit Reservation Request. By submitting a Party Kit Reservation Request, the Customer agrees to the following statement: “I have read and understand the SugarCubes Terms of Service and Rental Agreement as contained in their website, and agree to their terms and conditions.”

4) After your request is approved, you will receive an invoice showing the full amount of the rental, and requesting payment for 50% fo the total, payable via Venmo. After we receive this 50% payment, you'll receive a Reservation Confirmation via email.

5) No later than 36 hours prior to planned pickup or delivery, you will receive an invoice for the remaining full amount of rental, payable via Venmo.

​

6) Pick up your Party Kit(s) and Ala Carte items from SugarCubesPDX at 1500 SW Borland Rd., West Linn, OR. 97068, or receive items delivered to a requested address ($50 fee) within service area.

As well as your Tea Party To Go Kit and Ala Carte items, a copy of the Rental Agreement and Instructions for Return.

7) Host your exquisite event.

​

8) Return your party kit using the Instructions for Return. At our agreed time, you will either return the kit to SugarCubesPDX or we will pick it up from your location as per delivery agreement.
