TEA PARTY QUESTIONS

Q: How long will it take to set up for a tea party, once we receive the Party Kit?

A: We recommend you allow at least two hours before the party for tablescaping, and more if you furnish other refreshments.

Q: I've never set up a formal tea party, but I'd like to try! Can you teach me?

A: Yes!  Your Party Kit will include either The SugarCubesPDX Guide to Hosting a Tea Party PDF or The SugarCubesPDX Guide to Hosting a Kids' Tea Party PDF.

GENERAL RENTAL QUESTIONS

Q: What if we break something?

A: Your rental agreement states that you will be responsible to pay for any broken items. The replacement schedule is an attachment to the agreement. Just let us know what was damaged and we will let you know the amount due. We will invoice you via PayPal within a few days.

Q: How long will I have the rental items?

A: Party Kits are rented for 24-hour periods, but there is usually flexibility in this if needed.

​

Q: Do I need to wash everything before I return it?

A: No—please just gently fold the linens and return them to their packaging; and for serveware, either brush the crumbs off (if dry) or rinse with water (and mild soap, if necessary), then allow to dry and repack as you received the items. We sanitize items between rentals.
